Made in response to Edinburgh City Councils Waste Aware exhibition which took creations made by different age groups and abilities from all over the city. They were exhibited at The Caledonian Hall in the Royal Botanic Garden in Edinburgh. These beads are made from Marmite jar glass which was broken down and re-melted on a flameworking torch to create little round beads. They were then strung with real toast beads and laid out with a small marmite jar.
